Our commitment

Proximity Protect LLC is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We continually improve the user experience for everyone and apply relevant accessibility standards to our public website and tenant portal.

Conformance status

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities and more user-friendly for everyone.

What we've done

• Semantic HTML and ARIA landmarks across public pages.
• Visible focus indicators on all interactive elements.
• Keyboard navigation throughout the binding flow and tenant portal.
• Color contrast ratios that meet WCAG AA on all body text and primary CTAs.
• Alt text on meaningful images and icons.
• Form labels and error messages associated programmatically with inputs.

Known limitations

Some third-party content (PDFs from carriers, embedded checkout flows, and certain map views) may not fully conform to WCAG AA. We work with our vendors to improve these experiences and provide accessible alternatives on request.
